1. Training and Development:
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for our distributors to enhance their marketing and sales skills.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, webinars, and seminars both in-person and online.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve distributor performance.
2. Coaching and Support:
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to distributors to help them achieve their business goals.
- Offer guidance on effective marketing strategies, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Address distributor inquiries, concerns, and challenges promptly and professionally.
3. Network Building and Rapport:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our distributor network, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
- Organize networking events, recognition programs, and incentives to motivate and engage our distributors.
- Act as a liaison between the company and distributors, ensuring effective communication and support.
4. Content Creation and Resource Development:
- Create marketing materials, resources, and tools to support distributor success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide distributors with the latest marketing insights.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze distributor performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Prepare regular reports on training outcomes, distributor achievements, and network expansion.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or network management, preferably in the direct selling industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in communication & excellent written skills in BM and EN
- Possesses own transport and willing to travel (in moderate)
