- To supervise a number of retail outlets and ensure that all aspects of retail operations are compliance with company’s standard procedures and policies.
- To drive and motivate retail staff in achieving sales target and profitability.
- To oversee and ensure mechanics of promotions, displays and events are properly implemented at store level.
- To ensure optimal inventory levels and exercise control measures for all products in outlets.
- To handle customer complaints or issues.
- To dealing with staff issues-involved in manpower arrangement, recruitment, performance appraisal, training and disciplinary issues.
- To communicate and coordinate with functional departments to ensure smooth execution of workflow.
- To assist for new outlet opening, set-up and preparation.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Minimum SPM with 2 years of experience in managing retail chain store environment
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin (Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin speaking staff)
- Computer literate and knowledge with using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power point)
