Advertising & Promotion ( Creative/Innovative)
- Capable to conceptualize new idea, develop innovative plan and ensure proper execution of marketing plan on advertising and promotion.
- Managed overall A&P related matters including monitoring, control of fund and prepare annual A&P budget.
- Evaluate and analyze post promotion and improving effectiveness for both qualitative and quantitative.
- Cultivating brand activities to increase overall brand awareness both online and offline media.
- Plan and execute any ad-hoc promotion.
- Able to organize mega event, annual dinner, etc.
- Close liaison with event organization for company event, product launching, etc.
Branding
- Develop, manage and execute company rebranding initiative.
- Work closely with brand campaign, creative team, marketing and related department in line with the rebranding direction.
- Assist in digital media/social media marketing daily operation and reporting.
- Candidate must possess at least diploma, degree in Business Studies/ Marketing/ Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience in FMCG or other consumer product industry prefers.
- Innovative and creative thinking is needed.
- Must be able to communicate and fluent / write in Chinese and English.
- Possess excellent leadership, interpersonal and communications skills.
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, peer, cross-functional teams and service providers.
