- Conceptualize, create, and manage advertising and promotional campaigns across various media channels including digital, print, broadcast, and social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and company goals.
Marketing Research
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, consumer behavior, and emerging trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to differentiate our brand.
Content Creation
- Develop compelling and engaging content for advertisements, promotional materials, and social media posts.
- Work with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Media Planning and Buying
- Identify and negotiate with media outlets for ad placements and promotional activities.
- Monitor and optimize media spend to maximize ROI.
Project Management
- Manage multiple advertising and promotional projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Performance Analysis
- Track and analyze the performance of advertising and promotional campaigns using key metrics.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and areas for improvement.
Event Engagement
- Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Ensure all events are well-organized and effectively promote the brand.
Customer Engagement
- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty through targeted promotions and advertising efforts
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback related to promotional activities.
Hamper Project
- Work closely with business operations and product development for ideations and creations on seasonal hampers
- Work closely with HR depart to ensure man power is sufficient for production team.
- Ensure to meet production and listing timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, mass communication or related field.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking client.
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
- Able to complete tasks with minimum supervision.
- Able to travel.
