- Responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas.
- Conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, webinar and in person.
- Actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.
- Possesses ability to drive new products or developing new market, developing new sales areas and improving sales through various strategies.
- Contacting potential clients to establish the business relationships or channels.
- Track record of delivery of sales targets and performance.
- Experience/ track record/ confidence representing the company externally and dealing professionally with distributors.
- Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, sales and marketing, or similar.
- Preferably Basic computer software i.e Excel, word, ppt and email.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and customer management in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Preferable in health and beauty industry.
- Experience at sales side of running a business, preferably with experience in collaborate with chain store industries such as pharmacy, grocer and so on.
- Experience of handling a large geography with a complex business environment is a must
- Self-motivated, team player and able to work independently and have good business acumen.
- Good communication, presentation, selling and influencing skills.
- Good organizational skills, resourceful and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel across assigned territory.
- Language – Well versed with English & Mandarin speaking
