- Process full retail staff payroll, including statutory deductions, contributions, and benefit payments/deductions.
- Calculate staff overtime (OT) and incentives before payroll processing.
- Liaise with statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, and HRD Corp on HR matters.
- Monitor, update, and manage staff leave, medical claims, and attendance records.
- Maintain and manage employee personnel files and HR data.
- Update and follow up on job descriptions for new, transferred, or promoted staff/positions.
- Assist in reviewing retail staff Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support other HR administrative duties as needed.
- Diploma or Degree (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training provided)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (some data entry in Mandarin required)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Immediate availability is an advantage
