- Conduct market research to identify market trends and customer needs.
- Work closely with suppliers to translate customer requirements into product specifications.
- Coordinate product evaluation and analyze user's feedback.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to determine the product pricing, analyze cost structure and pricing strategy to optimize profitability.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project progress.
- Provide product presentation & training to internal teams.
- Support marketing teams with product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Execute brand-building activities to enhance brand awareness and reputation, enhancing product knowledge within the market.
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to product development.
- Bachelor's degree in food science, science or related field
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) is an added advantage
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Self-driven and result oriented in managing projects
