职责
- System Implementation & Maintenance: Assist with the implementation and update of systems, ensuring teams to meet operational needs. Establish standards for system operation and maintenance.
- System Operations: Oversee daily operations of computer systems, working with teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and optimize system performance.
- Process Improvement: Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of data processing.
- Data Processing Management: Manage key data processing tasks like end-of-day processing, backups, account set-ups, and report generation.
- Team Management: Supervise the data processing team, ensuring tasks are completed on time with accuracy.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Workflow Coordination: Assign tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion of reports, including month-end and year-end reports for retail stores.
- Deadline Monitoring: Schedule and track data processing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain smooth operations.
要求
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in IT operations or data processing, preferably in retail.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of systems, databases, and ERP systems, with experience in system maintenance and backups.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage a team and meet deadlines with accuracy.
- Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: Strong troubleshooting skills and focus on accuracy in data processing.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Mandarin is required for handling Mandarin data and communication).
- Immediate Availability: Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
